The staff was so friendly and helpful. The space smelled so nice and it was super conducive. Transfer to and from the hotel was super easy, and we were able to move around comfortably. The ambience was just what we needed.

Everything good over all happy 2nd day I come for breakfast and the stop me half my plate 🍽 fill with breakfast and say sir you have to pay i told them its including my booking and the confirmed with reception same awnser I have to pay went downstairs show them my booking still reception girl saying calling her supervisor etc come out from room and say yes its including wasted my 20 mint because I have to take taxi for airport.

Clean rooms and super friendly and helpful staff. Shahin at the desk was always so helpful. Bell team saved us many time from taxi drivers to not over paying. A lady in the restaurant with a beautiful smiles greeted us every morning. Definitely she made our days with her smiles. In total, we had a great stay at double tree hilton avcilar 😊

property was clean and the facilities in the room were well catered for.The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay including duty manager Erdem who even organised us tours and private transfers for the football.We used indoor pool which was very nice there were other spa treatments but we didn’t use. The restaurant was good and food was very nice.
